Tote bag! Very simple! Highly visible! Reflective details!

Made from high-viz surplus store vinyl and trim, surplus store foam, secondhand cotton mushroom fabric, upcycled safety vests, and one (1) brand new shiny magnetic snap with leather washer.

Sized for a Wald basket which measures 9 x 12 inches (at the bottom of the basket). The base of the bag measures 9 x 12 inches and it is 9.75 inches tall.
